Because everywhere else in Canada, Mother Nature got drunk or something and it&#039;s weird weather and temperature.  Yesterday, for example, it was 11 degrees here, and we&#039;ve still got now snow.  &lt;br /&gt;So is -62 normal there?  Or is it a weird winter there as well?]]></description>
