“Honey bag hockey”

Another jamboree game: Players wear plastic bags over their boots for a slippery hockey game on the ice road.

“Honey bags,” incidentally, are a euphemism for bags of sewage in communities or homes without plumbing. :(

Here is the harpoon throw event at the jamboree, which simulates the local beluga whale hunt. (The same harpoons are used.)

The target was a bale of hay.
