An experiment: Newspaper, internet and radio

Here’s a post about the Inuvik Demolition Derby, but also about web distribution and internet journalism.

I visited the Derby on Sunday and took many photos I consider to be worth sharing.

So what is the best way to convey the demolition derby to an audience? What’s the best way to let people who weren’t there experience it?

Let’s start with newspapers, which are great for many reasons. In a publication such as the Inuvik Drum or News/North, the photos would probably appear this way. It looks good, it’s fun, but there is only limited space.

Fun, eh? Now let’s try other methods.

More fall colours in Inuvik

Here are the gates to the Inuvik cemetary, which is very nice this time of year.

Cool architecture in Inuvik, part 1

This is an interesting house near Navy Road. The construction is very rounded.
